Full-time Lead Server

Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full-time Lead Server II to work approximately 28 hours/week at Pacific Springs located at 805 South 173rd Court, Omaha, NE 68118. Pacific Springs has 67 independent living apartment homes, 52 independent living patio homes, 35 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes. Adjacent to Pacific Springs Golf Course. Must be at least 19 years old to be considered for this position. Schedule for this position includes some weekday split shifts 11:00am to 2:00pm and 3:00pm to 7:00pm, every Saturday 11:00am to 7:30pm and Sunday 9:00am-2:00pm. Holidays are required if they fall on your regularly scheduled shifts.

This position will pay up to $17.42/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The primary responsibilities of this job include working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.

Skills & Requirements

One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.

Minimum age of 19 years old is required.
