Our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with professional quality roof inspections and guide them through the insurance claim process, while providing unmatched service throughout the restoration process. We have established ourselves as the trusted source for roofing restoration in the industry, with over 20 years of experience throughout the Central and Eastern regions of the United States.

Compensation:

At Premier, we value our salesforce. Our unique pay structure allows commission to be paid at different milestones throughout the sales process. The first payment is distributed as soon as a qualified contract is initiated by our sales team. Teammates earn up to $700 in commission up front, prior to the completion of each project and 12% overall of the job profit.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to predetermined areas daily to assess storm damaged homes within the DFW area and surrounding counties
• Build relationships with homeowners and organizations throughout the DFW market by enhancing their experience with professionalism and superior customer service
• Be able to discuss all options for homeowners with regards to their property including better quality products
• Work in a team driven environment
• Attend weekly meetings
• Responsible for adhering to key performance indicator goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers at any given time
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Self-driven to achieve goals in a competitive environment
• Valid Driver's license and insurance
• Own transportation
• Physical ability to climb up and on roofs (able to carry ladder)
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings and Saturdays (if needed)
