Job Title: Partner or Junior Partner

Location: Central Omaha CPA Firm

Job Description: We are seeking a Partner or Junior Partner who is proficient in individual and business taxation, QuickBooks, and accounting services. As a Partner or Junior Partner, you will manage a variety of clients and have the opportunity to successfully manage a wide range of accounting and tax projects. You will work closely with other Partners and Managers to manage and train staff. You will be responsible for the final review of individual and business tax returns and projects. Partners will also be responsible for Attest Services final review. We offer excellent compensation, work-life balance, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a variety of clients and accounting/tax projects.
• Work closely with other Partners and Managers to manage and train staff.
• Final review of individual and business tax returns and projects.
• Responsible for Attest Services final review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar business degree.
• 4 years of public accounting experience with CPA license.
• Excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with project deadlines and multitask.
• Ability to manage and train staff.
• Knowledge of CCH ProSystem Fx Tax is preferred.
• Willingness to work additional hours between January - April and on an as-needed basis due to other project deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, ProSystem Fx Tax and Engagement, and QuickBooks are preferred.
