About this Opportunity:
As a Service Team Specialist - Elite Advisor Groupon the Client Service Team, you will service clients and advisors across all products.This includes customer service call handling, escalated problem resolution, NIGO resolution, providing oversight of workflow and email queues to ensure defined service metrics are met. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Sacramento, CA; Hebron, KY.
For Internal Candidates:
All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.
In this role, youll get to:
Serve as a primary relationship contact for assigned EAG advisors
Process all daily work across all aspects of servicing EAG advisors and clients including timely call servicing and account management functions
Ensure work requests are processed with accuracy, timeliness, completeness and within budget according to defined service level metrics
Analyze team servicing effectiveness and efficiency to make recommendations for continued improvements
Assist with managing vendor relationships to ensure accuracy and ease of use for Orion Portfolio Solutions and its clients
Were looking for talent who:
Has a minimum of a bachelors degree in business or finance
Has a minimum of twoyears of experience in financial services
Obtains Orion Industry Certification
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$18.97 - $25.03The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
