About this Opportunity:
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing facilities tasks and projects to ensure proper maintenance of the building and grounds for assigned buildings/locations. The Facilities Coordinator will provide direction and oversight to vendors ensuring work is completed according to the highest standards. This position also will assist with mailroom responsibilities. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
The work schedule is onsite, Monday through Friday, in our Omaha office. Evenings and weekends are required only in special circumstances.
In this role, you'll get to:
Be responsible for general building operations, preventative building maintenance and maintaining all documentation and records
Manage mailroom functions, storage rooms and general office areas
Assist with office furniture, desks, cubicles, chairs, and various other office items
Plan and facilitate team member desk assignments and prepares workspace for new hires
Assist with the set-up and tear-down of special events and HOV meetings occurring on Orion property
Manage in-office snacks and beverages provided for team members including, ordering/stocking inventory and ensuring kitchenettes are stocked on each floor for days when team members are in office
Assist with the preparation of the annual safety review including updating the Emergency Procedures Guide as needed
Be certified or can be certified in CPR and AED devices
Serve as the primary contact for facilities related issues
Coordinate with vendors performing facility construction or reconstruction
Perform routine maintenance and testing of company equipment
Review invoices related to facilities for accuracy as needed
Monitor premises to ensure compliance with various code requirements and company policy
Communicate with property management on needed services
Process all outgoing mail and large mailings including sorting, distributing and collecting items
Process all mail delivered by the USPS on a daily basis
Maintain postage machine (such as account balance, low postage, and repairs)
Order necessary mailing materials
Process and track all packages being shipped
Maintain all shipping systems
Receive and deliver all incoming shipment deliveries
Organize and send weekly mailings to satellite offices and other off-site employees
Order, track, and deliver all office supplies and products
Ensure mailroom shelves are sufficiently stocked
Assist with front desk coverage as needed
Assist with various facilities related items
We're looking for talent who:
Has ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail
Possess knowledge of basic building operations and maintenance
Has knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety; working knowledge of the operations and maintenance of multi-site office premises
Has knowledge of electrical generators and systems
Is able to maintain a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities.
Has minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
Obtains Orion Industry Certification
Has minimum of 5 years of experience facility/property management
Possess customer service experience
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Knowledge of UPS Campus Ship helpful, but not required

Salary Range:
$22.56 - $32.73The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
