AIM Institute is looking for a part-time After-school Assistant Site Director to join our dedicated team.
The Assistant Site Director is responsible for supporting the Program Director with the supervision and daily operations of their assigned after-school program and plays a critical role in Wildcats Club’s ability to deliver high-quality after-school enrichment programs. Alongside the Program Director, Assistant Directors provide hands-on leadership and direction for after-school staff, engage in direct supervision of children, and collaborate with After-school teachers to develop age-appropriate curriculum, activities and projects across a range of areas including sports, arts, academic enrichment, and leadership. Daily job duties are divided between administrative responsibilities and on-site supervision of after-school programming.
This is an on-site, part-time hourly position at an Omaha Public School located in Omaha.
Monday through Friday regular 12:30pm-6:00pm schedule plus approximately ten (10) field trips which may take place on non-school days.
Typical Summer Hours: 8:00am - 2:00pm
