POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Technician will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves inspecting, testing, and verifying that all products adhere to company specifications and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the manufacturing process.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associate degree in quality management, quality assurance, manufacturing, or another related field is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, if degreed. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing and/or engineering role within a manufacturing environment, if non-degreed.
Required Skills
·    Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
·    Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
·    Understanding of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
·    Experience with root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
·    Excellent attention to detail.
·    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
·    Effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills
·    Quality certifications such as Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Six Sigma Green Belt.
·    Previous experience in manufacturing environment.
·    Experience in use of Oracle software.
