Are you a data detective with a passion for uncovering market trends? Marvin is looking for a Senior Market Research Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll collect and provide industry, market, product, and competitive insights to aid in strategic decision making. Develop new and creative solutions to meet the research needs of the business, managing all stages of the project from proposal to presentation.

Highlights of your role

Develop project scope and define the business questions to ensure the appropriate data is identified and prioritized for the objective.
• Communicate how industry and competitive behaviors will impact Marvin's business.
• Design and implement complex research studies using primary and secondary research and industry trends to discover market insights.
• Provide analytics, insights, and recommendations on performance and business decisions to senior leadership.

Compensation

$130,500-145,000

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• 15+ years of work experience in market research, strategy development, or business intelligence
• 5+ years managing employees and leading a team
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing, research, strategy, or related field
• Proficient with SPSS/SAS, Salesforce, Power BI and Microsoft Office suite

• Experienced developing strategic research project plans that are efficient and effective
• Ability to confidently assert a strong point of view while empathizing with and supporting other perspectives.
• Ability to turn data into insights and recommendations that are appropriate for different audiences and business lines (e.g. senior leaders, managers, all employees)
