Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) needed in Easton, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout PA.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($106,852 - $150,351.49/year)
- Incentive Plan Annual Bonus up to 18% base salary
- Retention Bonuses - $10,000 each (after 1 and 2 years of full-time employment)

Responsibilities
- Monday Friday (8:00 am 5:00 pm)
- On-call possibility very flexible
- Must be able and willing to see pediatric patients
- Provide pediatric services at both ambulatory clinics and school-based health services
- Educate pediatric patients and their families on preventative care & prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient s care plan
Requirements
- Clear and active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
- Must have 3 years of outpatient pediatric experience
