Nurse Practitioner Needed for Out Patient clinic setting working with Geriatric Patients - Monday-Friday located near Clovis CA . Must have at least one year of geriatric experience as nurse practice or have worked in a chronic disease practice setting for over five years. This will be working wiht Hmong speaking population. Established practice setting working with physician and APPs seeing geriatric patients in outpatient setting 8 AM to 5 PM. Unique situation where there is no need for pushing volume thru by taking care of the whole person. Salaried with full benefits. This is close Clovis, CA.
