Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview:

The Family Nurse Practitioner works as part of the medical provider team performing a variety of direct patient services including assessment, diagnosis, implementation of treatment, evaluation, and monitoring the general patient management plan for medical patients. The Family Nurse Practitioner performs these functions under the general supervision of a licensed physician in a primary health care setting.
