We are hiring a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our team in August 2026. This is an excellent team to work with, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the country.

Local Team Collaboration:

• Providence Medford Medical Center is a full-service community hospital, a Level III trauma center, and a primary stroke center offering a full range of subspecialty support.
• Services offered include emergency services, stroke care, cardiac and vascular care, birth center, total joint replacement, spine health programs, robotic surgery, and one of the most comprehensive rehabilitation programs in the region.
• We have a 15-bed med/surg ICU with 1 Intensivist in-house 7 am-7 pm & 1 APP in-house 7 pm-7 am plus teleICU support
• EMR: EPIC

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible pulmonary/critical care physicians (MD or DO).
• A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.

Scheduling:

• Block scheduling.
• We collaborate to manage the schedule as equitably as possible, ensuring intensivists achieve an outstanding work/family life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care to critically ill patients and perform ICU procedures.
• Roughly 75% ICU and 25% outpatient Pulmonary, although time divided between the two will fluctuate depending on needs.
