Description
These openings are on their behavioral health team.
Promptly answer phone calls (40/day) from patients and referents seeking behavioral health services
Make occasional outbound phone calls
Schedule and educate patients on behavioral health services for Minnesota clinics
Process internal and external referrals
Communicate scheduling outcomes with referral sources
Verify and update patient demographic information
Address patient complaints and concerns and escalate to management when appropriate
Attend or review notes/recording for mandatory meetings and trainings
Complete other duties as assigned by the Call Center Management Team

Prefer 1+ year of call center experience
Must have strong tenure and computer skills if they don't have call center
1.Strong ability to multi-task, handle stress, deescalate, and problem solve

4.Must be proficient in use of computers

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
