Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Location: Findlay, OH

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 2 years of current allergy or family medicine experience (training excluded).

Responsibilities:

• Autonomous practice, treating an average of 15-25 patients daily.
• Office-based care with no hospital call, only practice call.
• Utilize Cerner EMR for patient management.
• Commitment to long-term care continuity.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant NP/PA experience.
• Permanent residency in or near the local area (relocation may be required).
• Clean malpractice and active state license required.
