Cowboy Jack's Saloon is located on the banks of the Eau Claire River in the fast growing River Prairie development in Altoona.

Requirements:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ability to work as part of a team in high stress situations and a fast-paced environment with accuracy and a positive attitude. Thinking on your feet, adaptation, and flexibility is key.
Provide superior customer service to create amazing experiences which often exceed guest expectations.
Salesmanship of Drink and Menu items. Knowledge of standard menu and updating items according to customer requests. Ensuring recipe standards are met and fulfilling order requirements correctly.
Utilizing tools and equipment available.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.
Assist in stocking, organizing product, condiments, and ice machine.
Notifying manager of potential inventory needs.
Maintain health and food safety standards. Ensure that the bar is properly cleaned and sanitized.

Available for a flexible schedule and weekends.

Education/Knowledge

Hospitality experience and 1+ years as a Bartender
Proficiency in computer programs. Programs used at Cowboy Jacks include Focus, Margin Edge, Chow Now, Eat Street, and 7 Shifts
